Our Journey

NativeWaves was established in 2016, in Salzburg, Austria, by 2 students of the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. The journey which began with the quest to find a solution for viewers to enjoy movies in the language of their choice in the cinema, has today culminated with NativeWaves becoming a cutting-edge video and audio encoding company. The company is backed by a team of international investors and managed by a diverse group of professionals with years of industry experience.

NativeWaves partners with broadcasters to deliver next-level, synchronised, multiscreen, personalised experiences. Efficient, versatile, agile and non-disruptive content delivery is achieved with no changes to existing workflows.
